The organization “Sunny world” was registered on 13.03.2003 as a non-profit organization for performing socially useful activities according to the requirements of the Bulgarian legislation and the laws accepted on 15.07.2003, in connection with the acceptance of our country in the European Union. The objectives of the organizations are:
- To mediate in the process of adoption of children from Bulgarian and foreign persons, following strictly the requirements of the Bulgarian legislation, as well as the ratified from Republic of Bulgaria international acts;
- To keep track of the growth of the adopted children and the way of life they are provided with;
- To help the children in their development and integration in the society;
- To help the parents in the process of nurturing and educating the children;
- To protect the rights of the children;
The organization is licensed from the Ministry of Justice in Republic of Bulgaria for mediation in international adoption for the countries of Greece, France, Spain and USA, with license N 9/23.12.2003
